This is a 20 minute or so conversation where we’ll:
To make the most of this time together, I’ll send you some intake forms and questionnaires before the session. These tools help me come to our session with a bit more insight into what it’s like to be you: your strengths, your challenges and the change you want to see.
We’ll move into a 6 session coaching cadence
By the end of our initial session together, if we decide it's a good fit, we'll schedule 6 coaching sessions together.

Following that initial six weeks, we review and see how you'd like to continue.
Many people continue with fortnightly or monthly sessions after that, but there's no set-in-stone standard path. Everyone's different!
