Not ready for private 1-on-1 ADHD Coaching?

I offer ADHD Strategy Sessions, both as a one-off 90 minute ADHD coaching consultation, and as a package of three 60 minute Sessions.
Bring your questions and sticking points and walk away with answers and a next-step road map.
A Strategy Session is perfect:
  • if you have a specific challenge you want to work on
  • if you're overwhelmed by your or your child's ADHD diagnosis (or you're awaiting one) and want to hash out next steps
  • if you have lots of ADHD related questions and want evidence-based, balanced answers from an experienced ADHD coach with lived experience.
