ADHD COACHING FOR ADULTS

Bridge the gap between what you so badly want to do and actually doing it.

GET UNSTUCK AND FOLLOW THROUGH

Many adults with ADHD - despite being smart, creative and empathetic - have given up on their biggest dreams.

You may have been recently diagnosed with ADHD, which can mean you've had decades of struggles before finally landing on an "answer" that makes sense.

While medication and a new found awareness can make big differences in your life, you can still be left with low self-confidence after years of feeling broken, "less than" and absorbing negative messages about your capabilities.

Or maybe you were lucky enough to get a childhood diagnosis, but didnt get to learn the skills that actually help us get things down and seem to come so naturally to our non-ADHD mates.

WHAT TO EXPECT

ADHD Coaching with Liz

Develop self-awareness to know what works for you and when you're going off track.

You'll learn more about yourself and the role ADHD plays in your life. If you're willing to observe yourself with curiosity, you will benefit from the process.

Structure, accountability and partnership.

We'll create action plans together (often with teeny-tiny steps). Don't be freaked out by accountability. All it means in your sessions with me is accounting for what did and didn't work.

Zero judgment from a solid champion who believes in you and wants the best for you.

Once you sink into the safety of a shame-free coaching space, we can really start to unpack replace negative defeating behaviours with positive patterns for success.
